Studio Policies

  • Please wear clothing you feel comfortable in & that you can move freely in, such as active / athleisure wear.

    -

    Socks are required. If you do not have socks with you, we have socks that you can borrow. Alternatively, you can purchase your own socks from us if you’d prefer.

    We reserve the right to refuse service if apparel prevents us from effectively conducting your session.

  • In instances of excessive lateness, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment & apply a late cancellation fee if services cannot reasonably be rendered within the remaining appointment time.

    If you are going to be late to your session, please reach out to determine if we will still be able to service your session, or if cancelling / rescheduling the session would be the more appropriate option.

  • Sessions cancelled within 24-hours of their start time are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the price of the service booked.

    This policy is in place to ensure that we are able to compensate practitioners for the time that they expected to have a session, even if we are unable to rebook that time slot on such short notice.

    If you were planning on paying for your service with a pre-purchased session & would prefer the session be deducted from your account instead of being charged the late cancellation fee, please let us know at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the fee will be processed at the time your cancellation request is received.

  • Sessions that are not attended but had not been cancelled prior to their start time are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the price of the service booked.

    This policy is in place to ensure that we are able to compensate practitioners for the time that they took to be at the studio for the session, since we are unable to rebook that time slot.

  • All sales are final & are ineligible for refunds.

    If you have pre-paid sessions that you are unable to use, we’d be happy to discuss exchanging the sessions for account credits. Just shoot us an email at contact@mvmt-lab.com.
