what is Movement Coaching?

Movement Coaching is our take on holistic personal training — with an emphasis on the personal.

Your body is capable of more than you think it is — more than even it thinks it is. To unlock your full potential, you just need the right support.

Every body is different & requires a custom approach to training, but beyond that, each person is unique. To honor this, we take many additional factors into consideration when building your training plan, such as:

  • your movement / fitness / wellness goals

  • your past experiences & relationship to movement

  • your preferred learning style

  • the way your lifestyle impacts your ability to engage with regular movement

  • and so much more!

Do you have a body? Do you ever move it for literally any reason whatsoever?

If yes, than Movement Coaching is designed specifically with you in mind!

Whether you are newer to the world of fitness or you are a pro-athlete, your experiences will be heard, seen, and considered as we work together to heighten your bodily awareness, deepen your relationship to movement, and propel you towards your goals!

okay, but what would I even work on?

Regardless of what you do for a living, your hobbies, how old you are, etc., your body will always need attention to feel & perform its best, and to be able to support you throughout life.

The question isn’t “what can I work on?”, but instead “what do I want to work on?”
