Mvmt Coaching is an all-in-one holistic approach to movement-based training & recovery, adapting to whatever you need it to be when you enter the studio. The techniques, modalities, and disciplines we incorporate into your sessions are completely dependent on the goals or questions you are looking to address, but may include:

  • strength training

  • muscular conditioning

  • breathwork

  • somatic & embodied movement exercises

  • restorative & explorative movement practices

  • muscle recovery techniques (assisted stretching, myofascial cupping, percussion therapy, etc.)

Every body is different & requires a custom approach to training, but beyond that, each person is unique. To honor this, we take many additional factors into consideration when building your training plan, such as:

  • your past experiences & relationship to movement

  • your preferred learning style

  • the way your lifestyle impacts your ability to engage with regular movement
